usheru is the trading name of We Love Cinema Ltd., which is a ticket and marketing analytics provider that is employed by Studio Canal to operate their cinema ticketing. Using usheru

How do I purchase a cinema ticket?

Once you’ve made it to the event page with all the nearby cinema listings, choose your preferred cinema, date and time, and click ‘Book now’. You will be brought to a Ticket Type selection page where you can choose the tickets that are right for you - i.e. Adult, Child, Senior, etc.

The next step is Seat Selection (this is only available at some cinemas). Click on the seat(s) you would like and then move on to the payment step.

To keep your payments secure we will ask for your name and email, and then you can complete your purchase with Stripe (a 100% secure payments platform) used by online businesses globally. Please note, the email address you provide will be the address your e-tickets are sent to, so make sure it is one you will have access to.

Which cinemas will accept an usheru e-ticket?

We are currently only operating in the UK and Ireland. Any time you complete a purchase within the usheru website it will only be for a cinema that accepts usheru e-tickets. For other cinemas we will redirect you to the cinema’s own website to complete the purchase there.

Usheru E-Tickets

Where is my e-ticket?

Once you have booked your ticket online, you can instantly print off your e-ticket from the webpage.

You will also receive a confirmation email (and a reminder email on the date of screening) to the email address you provided, which will include a copy of your e-ticket.

How can I retrieve my e-ticket?

Your tickets will be sent to the email address you provided in the booking process and your e-ticket should be sitting in your inbox. If you cannot see them, check your Junk or Spam folder.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Yes, you should print your e-ticket and show it to the box office or cinema attendants upon your arrival.

My tickets say my name, but they are for someone else. How can I change the name on them?

That’s no problem. Each ticket has a unique Booking Reference number and QR code which the cinema uses to check customers in, so the name that appears on the ticket usually doesn’t need to match the attendee.

Can I return or cancel ticket purchases? Will I get a full refund?

We abide by the refund and cancellation policies for each individual cinema and event organiser. If you are seeking a refund, contact us Terms and Conditions for more information.

Is there a booking fee?

usheru charges a small booking fee to cover online transaction costs. The booking fee is additional to the cost of the tickets you have decided to purchase.

What payment types does usheru accepts?

We accept credit card and debit card payments and we use Stripe to process your payments safely.

Do you store my credit card information?

We do not store your credit card information in our system. We use Stripe who handle all our payments and they are the best in the business at card protection. You have the security of their system to rely on to keep your data safe.

The staff in the cinema refused me entry - why?

There could be a few reasons for this, including if the ticket had a processed refund, or the cinema changed the time of the screening - or there could be an anomaly in the system. Please send us an email here and we’ll try get to the root of the problem!
